TERMS OF SERVICE/GUARANTEE 

All guarantees apply to the ORIGINAL buyer. 
Every animal we produce at Critter’s Creatures is guaranteed to be healthy, accurately sexed, feeding well and honestly represented. 
The animal’s health is guaranteed only for 24 hours after arrival as we cannot control what buyers do after or the environment in which they choose to keep the animal. Care sheets are provided with each animal that will provide general guidelines for maintaining a healthy pet. If not satisfied with your purchase, Critter’s Creatures must be notified within 24 hours of arrival. If no response in that time, it is considered that the transaction is complete and the buyer happy. 

PAYMENT 

**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS! ** We will not hold any animals for anyone at any time without a deposit!!! 
All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age or have parental permission to purchase animals. 
Payment can be made through PayPal or via critterscreatures.com
Payment MUST be made in full before the animal is shipped – no exceptions. 
Shipping is separate from the cost of the animal.
All payments are processed through Shopify via CrittersCreatures.com to ensure security. The payment gateway allows for many forms of payment and provides both seller and buyer protections.

PAYMENT PLANS

To hold any animal a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid first. Plans available on animals above $500 ONLY.
Payment plans and payoff time frames are negotiable, but we reserve the right to refuse a proposed plan for any reason.
Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan installments are non-refundable but are transferable to another purchase. 

SHIPPING 

Animals are shipped Monday and Tuesday via Reptiles2U (FedEx Priority Overnight) when temperature and weather permitting. Shipping is done between 40-90 degrees Fahrenheit – 
Animals will be delivered to a FedEx hub location for the safety and security of the animal.
If there is an issue with the package, damaged, dented, please file a case at FedEx prior to leaving as well as check on the animal before leaving.  This ensures the safety of the animal and holding FedEx responsible for the abuse of packages.

A signature will be required for pickup. If you fail to pick up in one day the animal will be returned to us and you will be charged the return fee.

Dead on arrival (DOA) animals or missed delivery must be reported within 1 hour of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos, and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued. 
If paying through PayPal, the shipping address must match the address on the PayPal account.

SEXING

All animals are sexed to the best of our abilities using industry-standard techniques like popping, probing, and visual inspection where needed. We use the most accurate method available for each animal. We guarantee the sex for 30 days after you have received the animal and will offer a return, replacement, or 50% refund for improperly sexed animals with proof of improper sex. Proof will need to be verifiable vet documentation, photographic, or video evidence of the animal being properly sexed and showing the wrong gender. For ball pythons, a male that pops female should be probed to verify.
